WHAT THE KIDS ARE UP TO:
To uncover the mystery of this strangely-titled sign, read my previous post, and if you feel inclined, please drop back to share memories of your childhood club-house adventures.

WHAT I’M READING: What Remains: A Memoir of Fate, Friendship and Love, by Carole Radziwill, widow of Prince Anthony Radziwill, who was a cousin to John Kennedy Jr. The memoir details the tragic summer when Carole lost her husband and two dear friends in quick succession, as well as some of the years leading up to that fateful time in her life. I’m finding it to be a poignant and well-written account.

WHAT’S UP WITH THIS TWITTER THING ANYWAY?
Don’t get the whole Twitter rage? Not to worry. You’re not alone. However, here’s a great article that names the objections, as well as objections to the objections.
For those who’ve entered the Twitter world and need some help organizing all those Tweets, go here to add TweetDeck.
And check out this super-cool way to see updates of those you follow quickly through Twitter For Busy People.
Personally, I don’t spend tons of time on Twitter, but when I do, I always seem to come away with something interesting.

FLOWERS AND WORDS: I didn’t post a flowers/words combo this week as I had the previous two, so I’ll sneak one in here, compliments of my back yard (flowers) and good friend, Karla (words).

KID QUOTES: We were strolling down the carpeted hallway at a hotel in our suits on the way to the pool a few weeks ago when Nick, 4, neared a man heading in the other direction. As he passed him, Nick looked up to him and nonchalantly said, “Hi, Stranger!”

It’s looking very likely I’ll be here in September:
More soon as details are fleshed out, but I’m excited about the prospects!

I have been holding close your prayer request this week! It has given me great joy to return to it between my rounds and rounds of Hail Mary for my husband (who is doing well!) So, thank you for giving me a little piece of normal and calling my soul to more prayer!
