Can any mother out there imagine a more wonderful gift than to drop off your dirty laundry one afternoon, and return the next and have it being handed back to you clean, sorted, bagged and with a bow on top? What an answer! Something to ponder. Isn’t it so much easier to point the finger at others? But who, of all the millions of people in the world, can we truly change? And who among us has made the most mistakes that directly affect us? (moi!) Alright then, we know what we’ve got to do to make the world a better place.

My middle child was a starfish in the spring musical today and tonight! As I have a right to be, I am a proud mama. She handled her role with such grace and sweetness.

This is fun. A fellow mommy-blogger I’ve been following for a while now, MOTHERLOAD, had an article of hers land on cnn.com. The title? “Why I Didn’t Want a Girl.” Caveat: that wasn’t the title she chose for it, but it was the one CNN used to garner more readers.
I’ll be heading off to the soccer fields and dance recital this weekend. Have a good one!
