Took the crew to the zoo on Wednesday. There were seven of us, many ages. By the time we got to the monkey house I was begging to be locked in the cages!
We took the kids to the “big” Zoo with our vacation and it was fun to see they still at 10 and 12 had the enthusiasm of their youth to yell and pull for a picture and run around and back again in a blur. I would love to add 4-6 more into the mix. I love the chaos. The Rollercoaster of Parenting.
Yes, I suspect someday I will miss the chaos, but then the grandkids will come, hopefully. ๐ I think the toughest part of parenting is the intensity of it, feast or famine. But that’s the rollercoaster, isn’t it?
